It's been a while

The past couple of months have been really busy, so I've taken a couple month hiatus from blogging. Here's a synopsis of what I have done.

1. School work. A ridiculous amount of school work. I'm only taking 11 credits this semester, but they all were really involved. The last week of school I had at least one HUGE thing due in each class period. It was kind of lame, but I got it all done!

2. Finals. I only had 3 finals this year. Two of them were scheduled on the first day of finals week (yesterday) and I took the other one today in the Testing Center. All I have left is a group presentation on Monday and then I am done, done and done with school.

3. Interviews. For the couple months I have been applying to jobs like crazy. Everyday I looked at all the postings and applied to pretty much everything that I am qualified for. I interviewed with 3 companies and got jobs at all 3!! The first I turned down because a) it was far away (45 minute commute without traffic) and 2) the pay was REALLY low. It was really hard to decide between the next 2. But, yesterday I made my decision and on April 26 I will start my first real, salaried job!

That's about all I have done. Kind of lame I know, but it's been busy. I'm really excited to be done with school and really excited to have a job. Graduation is next week, so Sean's parents are coming into town. I'm pretty excited for that--I love it when family comes into town.

Not lame. That's life, and you're one of the people who actually build with their lives.

You'd better blog about our awesome Vegas trip coming up! I'm planning to take lots of embarrassing pictures of all 4 of us throughout the whole event!

P.S. Dale is going in for a Follow up interview on Wednesday. I'm really hoping for him!

Fantastic! They would be crazy not to hire him. And don't worry, I'll definitely blog about our Vegas trip!
