There is a blizzard warning for the entire state of Utah. There hasn't been a full out blizzard here in all the time I've been here. There has definitely been snow, but not to the extent they are expecting. The National Weather service is warning of a storm that "will far surpass anything we've seen, probably for the last several years. Good thing Sean and I aren't planning on traveling anywhere tonight.
Although we are having crazy weather here, it is nothing compared to what's going on back home. Here's a picture that a friend of mine posted on Facebook showing today's road conditions in my dear home town. No wonder the entire state of Alaska has shut down for the day.

Cowboy up Utahans, it could be a lot worse.

Yeah, it sure seems like people are freaking out a lot for nothing yet. At least I got out of work tomorrow!
